Commercial Cash Management | Commercial Cash Management is an add‑on to your existing PSB Bank online banking account that allows you to send and receive electronic payments through ACH debit or credit transactions. Businesses can pay vendors, collect payments, and run payroll through direct deposit with scheduling options that include one‑time, recurring, weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly transactions. |
Remote Deposit Capture | Remote Deposit Capture allows businesses to deposit checks electronically without visiting a branch. Checks are scanned through a Remote Deposit Capture device and transmitted directly to the bank for processing. Deposits can be submitted until 5:00 p.m. on business days. |
Check Positive Pay | Check Positive Pay is a fraud prevention service that compares checks presented for payment against a business’s issued check register. Each day, checks are reviewed to identify potentially fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit items before they are paid. |
